One to One Embodied Healing

Service Description

Duration: 1hr 20min This is a non-sexual wellbeing and embodied connection practice. It does not include sexual services or sexual activity. This is a space to be truly seen, felt, and met without fear and judgement. A space where we slow down together, drop beneath the everyday life surface, and explore the power of presence, connection, and conscious touch. These one-to-one sessions weave together authentic relating and nurturing, consensual touch — offering you a gentle, grounding experience of emotional intimacy and embodied safety. We'll begin with simple yet powerful connection activities to help you land in the moment: eye gazing, curiosity prompts, or relational reflection practices that invite you to express what's real for you. As trust builds, we move into guided conscious touch — such as hand-to-heart holds, shared breathwork, or supported cuddling — always led by your comfort and consent. Each session is unique and unfolds intuitively, co-created between us. You will leave feeling deeply resourced, more open-hearted, tender and held.
